What is your return policy?

What are the payment options?

If you are not satisfied with your product we accept returns with a full refund of purchase price (does not include shipping costs) within 14 Days of receipt of goods.  Due to health reasons, I will not return any items that have been used.  If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.  The returned item must be in the same condition as it was received so please do not send us used products.  

 

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.   If a item is labeled as Clearance or Final Sale, they are NON RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.    Please contact us for return instructions.  

We offer standard payment options (Visa, Mastercard Etc,.) and Paypal.  

Does your jewelry contain Lead Or Nickle?

No. When sourcing our raw materials we look for the best quality.  We strive to make wearables hypoallergenic

What are your metal Posts and Finding made out of, I have sensitive ears?

All of our Earrings are accompanied with Hypoallergenic Stainless Steel Posts, Fish hooks etc. According to research these will cause no issues with 85% of the population

How long does it take to ship my order? 

Our current turn around time is 3-5 business days to ship out after order is placed. 

I live locally, can i pick up my order? 

Yes!! To save you on shipping costs I offer a pick up option at check out!  Once your order is ready for pick up (3-5 business days) I will send you an email with pick up instructions. 

Do you offer customization? 

Yes!! If you find a product that you love the design but wish it were in other colors, please contact us.  We want to make sure you find exactly what your looking for.  Most products can be customized and will do our best to match your requests. Please note that this will extend shipping time by 5-7 days depending on request.
